Patricia Fabel, PharmD, BCPS
SC College of Pharmacy Community Pharmacy Residency Program Director

Patricia Fabel serves as the SC College of Pharmacy Community Pharmacy Residency Program Director. She received her PharmD from the University of Rhode Island and completed a community pharmacy practice residency at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy and Kroger Pharmacy. She has written book chapters on vaccines, GI disorders, and managing insect bites and stings. Her research interests involve conducting MTM in community pharmacy settings and preparing pharmacy students for MTM services. She is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the South Carolina College of Pharmacy in the Clinical Pharmacy and Outcomes Sciences Department.

Morgan Enlow, PharmD
Community Pharmacy Resident

Morgan Enlow is a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Resident at Barney's Pharmacy in August, GA. She is originally from North Augusta, SC and has worked in the field of pharmacy since 2011. She received her PharmD in 2018 from Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy, where she was involved with APhA, Operation Diabetes, Kappa Epsilon, SSHP, and research in breast cancer awareness. Morgan was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2004, which fuels her passion for diabetes care and emerging management technologies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, vacationing at Disney World whenever possible, reading, and cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks.

Megan Nissen, PharmD
Community Pharmacy Resident

Megan Nissen is the PGY1 Community Pharmacy Resident at Medicine Mart Pharmacy in West Columbia. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida and her Pharm.D. from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. She is interested in health wellness and disease prevention, immunizations and chronic disease management of diabetes, hypertension and chronic heart failure. Outside of the pharmacy, Megan loves to read, watch Florida Gator sports and travel.

Madelon Kneece, PharmD
Community Pharmacy Resident

Madelon Kneece is the PGY1 Community Resident at Premise Health in Greer, South Carolina. She is originally from Columbia, SC and earned her PharmD from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. Her interest and passion for providing quality patient care is mainly focused on diabetes management, disease prevention, and implementing innovative pharmacy practices. Outside of residency, Madelon loves to spend time with friends and family, visit Lake Murray as often as possible, cheer on the Gamecocks, and play with her dog, Scout.

Paige Brockington, PharmD
Community Pharmacy Resident

Paige Brockington is a PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Resident at Premise Health in Greer, South Carolina. She is originally from Charleston, South Carolina.  Paige earned her doctorate of pharmacy from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed a PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency at Premise Health. She is excited to continue to grow professionally and expand the collaborative practice at the Associate Family Health Center. Her professional interest includes transitions of care, chronic condition therapy management, psychiatry, women’s health, and innovative pharmacy practice development and management. After residency, Paige hopes to advance pharmacy’s role in interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Hannah Yandle
Community Pharmacy Resident

Hannah Yandle is the PGY1 Community Pharmacy Resident at THE Pharmacy in Florence, SC. She has worked in community pharmacy since 2012, when she started as a technician in high school. She recently graduated from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy where she found her passion for community pharmacy and patient centered care. She has a desire to help our community through quality patient care and will be offering innovative skills and knowledge. Outside of the pharmacy, Hannah loves to read, watch the South Carolina Gamecocks play football and baseball, and spend time with friends. We are excited to see the great work Hannah will do here with The Kennedy Pharmacy Innovation Center and THE Pharmacy!
